Dragonfly Ballard Designs Fabric Indigo Blue Fabric Mat Wall Decor - Embroidery Insect Art

Something Worth Looking At Twice

There's a stillness to this piece — a dragonfly caught mid-hover, wings open, stitched in blue, green, and gray thread with a body that shifts in the light. It's the kind of detail you notice more the longer you look.

The mat is Ballard Designs BIFF Indigo Blue fabric: a rich dark blue stripe fabric that adds depth and graphic interest without competing with the embroidery. The warm gold frame ties it together — finished, intentional, ready to hang.

Dimensions
Overall (framed): 11.125 x 9.125” Wood frame with aged gold finish and glass front
Fabric mat: 7.5" x 9.5"
Embroidered dragonfly: 3.5" x 5.5"

*Option available to purchase with no frame - 8” x 10” - due to fabric depth it may be too tight with paddle closures (recommend tab closures with a deeper frame or professional framing)

Each piece is custom-made and assembled individually. If you're building a gallery wall, the Custom Wall Art collection has coordinating pieces that pair well with this one.
