Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping & Delivery We ship via USPS within the United States only. Free shipping is included on all orders.

Estimated delivery after processing: 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

P.O. Boxes Due to the size and fragile nature of our framed art pieces, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages We take great care in packaging our pieces to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kalliopi.life with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

For lost packages, please reach out and we will open a claim with USPS on your behalf.
